1. Human Resources:
- Personnel management consultancy (secondments, delegations, civil conventions, etc.);
- Managing personnel files of employees;
- Receiving data from the Beneficiary;
- Preparation of individual labor contracts;
- Preparation of additional acts, decisions and modifications;
- Preparation of additional acts containing the clauses specific to employment contracts: the mobility clause; confidentiality clause, non-competition clause, vocational training clause and use clause for laptops, telephones, cars;
- Managing the relationship with the Territorial Labor Inspectorate
- Registration in the General Registry of records of employees (REVISAL) in electronic format of employment contracts, changes made by additional acts, decisions (suspension and termination acts of individual employment contracts), changes in the civil status or professional training of employees;
- Preparation of salary certificates for employees;
- Preparation of internal regulations or collective labor agreement, as the case may be
- Support in the case of ITM checks
2. Payroll:
- the calculation of salaries according to the form of remuneration
- drawing up the payment states;
- drawing up and submitting periodic statements to the state authorities;
- Preparation of the file for recovery of amounts from CAS based on medical leave
