Accounting and fiscal, judicial and extrajudicial expertise
1. Expertise is a research activity, carried out by a specialist, who has the capacity of an expert, in order to establish the truth in a certain situation, litigation. Expertise works are a means of proof, evidence, used by the court or the parties directly involved. Our services include tax advice and drafting in the process of drafting the appeal to a tax inspection report, as well as advising and drafting expert reports, in the litigation phase or on request.
2. Judicial accounting expertise – accounting expertise is a means of proof that can be used in solving cases that require strict specialized knowledge from some people who have the capacity of accounting expert. Accounting expertise disposed of ex officio or accepted at the request of the parties during the instrumentation and trial phases of civil and / or commercial cases, attached or not to a criminal case, is called judicial accounting expertise. Judicial accounting expertise is a means of proof in disputes between the parties. These can be requested by the court and the parties to the trial.
3. Out-of-court accounting expertise – are those carried out outside a judicial process. They do not have the quality of evidence in court, but, at most, arguments for requesting parties to administer the evidence with judicial accounting expertise or for resolving amicable disputes.
